Formatting Collaborator Field - Zapier Import

I’m trying to use Zapier to import my tasks from Podio and can’t get them to auto-assign. I have the Zap set to send the task “assignee” to the “assignee” field in Airtable but it doesn’t work.

I expect that Airtable uses another value or coding besides just the text of the name? What text string would allow me to auto-assign a record to a person?

Hey! If I remember correctly using the assignee’s email address (as registered on airtable) should work.
