Formatting issue when creating document merge via Formstack

Hi there, I'm having issues with formatting when pulling data from Airtable into Formstack Documents (integration via Zapier). Detailed explanation below.

The Profile field in Airtable has a large body of text and is formatted with line spacing between each paragraph. However, when I create a document merge via Zapier into Formstack, the formatting is gone in the merged PDF. All the other content in the document is fine as it's part of the PDF template, whereas this Profile section is dynamic so it must be pulled from Airtable. Other fields are pulled from Airtable, but they usually only go over one line so I haven't noticed any line spacing issues.

I'm not sure if this needs to be resolved via Formstack itself, or if it's the way I've set up the PDF template in Adobe Acrobat. Or perhaps something else entirely.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
