Help publishing event registration form

Hello,
I am new to Airtable and want to use it to register information for assistants to an event
however although I have managed to load the form builder can´t understand how to publish it.

Am I missing something from this tutorial?

Leave interfaces, go into your main base, create a new view (called a form) then when you have designed it publish it - done
