Hi! I need help. I am attempting to connect a Jotform to my Airtable. Here is the problem: on the Jotform, users can submit multiple students to nominate on one form (ex: student 1, student 2, etc). From there, I want the data to populate on my airtable base as separate students. Right now, it only gives me the option to link one student to airtable base. does this make sense?
Basically, I just need to figure out a way to configure my Airtable to accept multiple submissions of students.
We have used Airtable to collect event participants info, etc. Now, when a jotform collects multiple participants info on one form, I am unsure how to populate that onto airtable as seperate people.

Hmm, so you want one JotForm submission to create multiple records in Airtable, one for each nominated student, is that right? Could you provide screenshots of the relevant tables and the JotForm itself? That would provide an idea of what your workflow is like and what your data setup is

Thanks for the details! If it's possible I'd suggest just using Fillout.com for this (https://www.fillout.com/) as they have the functionality you want (https://www.fillout.com/help/create-new-linked-records)
If you want to use JotForm, I think I'd:
1. Create all the fields needed per nomination for each student, e.g. "Student 1 Name", "Student 2 Name" etc
2. Rename the main table to be "Form submissions"
3. Create a new table called "Nominations" and link it to "Form Submissions"
4. Create automations that would trigger based off of whether those fields had values
- e.g. if Student 1 Name has a value, create a record in "Nominations" with the appropriate data
- if Student 2 Name has a value, create a record in "Nominations" with the appropriate data
Setting up Fillout.com for this would be faster / less complicated overall I think
