Hide certain records on public form

Is there a way to hide certain records from a form?

I have few employees who no longer active but still need to keep. I currently set the ‘is active’ field with checkbox and filter it so the non active record doesn’t show up in the table.

However I couldn’t find a way to hide the non active record when using form. Airtable still load all the records regardless of its status. Is there a way to hide?
