Hello,
I would like to know how to hide some options from a field in an airtable form.
For example, my grid has a column that offers the following choices: "Office", "workshop" and "housing".
In the form, I would like to display only "Office" or "Workshop".
The reason for this is that this form is intended for people who are not supposed to be looking for "housing". On the other hand, in my overall grid, i would still like to see which actors are involved in "housing".
How can i do that?
Thanks a lot for your help,
Pierre

Hi @Pierredeliveo !
To do that you can create a special view and customize its own set of field options.
To create a view that only shows the "Office" and "Workshop" options in the form, follow these steps:
Now the form will only show "Workshop" and "Office" options, as you wanted. I hope that helps!

Hi @Soly Soly,
Thank you for your response.
I've just realised you had an option "limit selection to specific options" that perfectly fits my needs 🙂
Thank you for your help!

Hi there!
At miniExtensions, we’ve developed a third-party form that integrates seamlessly with Airtable, giving you even more flexibility when using select fields. Our form allows you to show select field options conditionally. You can set conditions or groups of conditions for each option, displaying them only when the specified conditions in your form are met.
Feel free to try out these features with a free account on miniExtensions 👍
