We are a non-profit organization from Germany. We have submitted the application for non-profits along with all necessary documents twice via Airtable, but we have not received any response so far – neither an acceptance nor a rejection. I have written to the support staff twice, but we have not received a response from them either.
Perhaps you could advise me on how to obtain more information about the status of our application and whether additional documents or information are required from our end.
It's worth mentioning that we have already been classified as a non-profit organization by Google and several other companies. However, due to our limited budget, we need to consider whether we can continue to afford the costs of Airtable.
