I can't sync an airtable, only copy it, why is this?

I am on a plus account and want to sync this job board. Airtable - [Public] 80,000 Hours job board vacancies

I am only able to make a copy. Why is this?

Is this from a base you own, or did someone share a link to this table with you?

Only someone who controls the base can turn on Syncing for a table.
