Is it possible to add new collaborator on a monthly paid plan instead of an annual plan?

Hello all, our team would like to register an annual Pro plan on Airtable. However, one member will leave us after three months so we only want to add her to a monthly subscription. Is that possible or does Airtable apply annual billing for all?
