Junction Tables - Where to Enter Info First

I’m trying to create an inventory and order tracking system. I’m using the pre-loaded template (Product Catalog & Orders) that I got when I created my account, and customizing it.

My questions is where to enter my order information first. If the “Order Line Item” table pulls info from the “Client Orders” table, and vice versa, which one should come first?
