Hi! I use the Photogs Gear Tracker template.
I would like to be able to get a checklist of the gear selected for a specific shoot. Is that possible ?

Hi Paul,
So you’d like a printable list of the gear, correct?
In the original Photogs Gear Tracker template, it would be something like:
-
Go to ‘Gear’ table and choose ‘Main View’
-
Click ‘Filter’:
-
Add a new filter. Change the column to ‘Bring on these shoots’, the criteria to ‘contains’, and type in the name of the specific shoot:
-
Check that resultant list looks correct.
-
Click the ‘…’ option, and select ‘Print view’:
-
There will be a pop-up with print settings. Check and change settings if needed, then click ‘Print’:
-
Depending what browser you’re using, you should get another print dialog for final confirmation and printer settings. Here’s mine in Chrome (I can save in PDF!):
If you wanted to change the columns that appear, before Step 5 you could click ‘Hide fields’ to hide/show columns as needed.
Hope that helps.
