I recommend contacting support directly, and following up on any automated emails that you receive.
People on this forum are mostly other Airtable users who do not have access to account information. However, if you are willing to share a screen shot of your https://airtable.com/workspaces page, and of your workspace trash, someone might have some insights. (You can get to the workspace trash by clicking your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.)
Note that paid plans are paid on a workspace level. Thus, if you upgraded a specific workspace, only that workspace would be upgraded, and not any others.
