We have created an Airtable in our company that will be used for employees to log their monthly caseload recertifications so we can better track them.
They will be entering and updating their recertification on a daily basis. however, we later realized that there is no built in privacy for our employees to use airtable and prevent them from seeing each other’s performance.
it isn’t a welcome feature because we know that there is a risk to having everyone see how you are performing on an individual basis–can create a toxic culture.
the new interfaces feature looks promising as a solution, i was wondering if anyone has a recommended workaround?
