Social Media Calendar Template - How to Change Content Type?

Hello, I am working off the social media calendar template from Airtable and for the life of me I can’t figure out how/where to change the “content type”. I’ve tried doing it from the different views and it is just not obvious to me.

In the [All posts] view, the {content type} field is hidden. You need to unhide on a computer it in order to edit it. The icon for showing/hiding fields is at the top near where you switch views. Once you can view the field, you can customize the field to change the options.
