I have a database of names and DoBs. When someone turns a particular age, I’d like an activity to be created in our CRM. My table has a column called “is 55th birthday today?” When that’s = yes, how do I create a view such that “new record in view” will trigger my Zap?

+21Views are created manually, not by formulas (I got the impression from your wording that you think that a formula can create a view). If your formula is set to output “yes” when someone has reached their 55th birthday, then make a new view with the view filter set to only show records where that formula field outputs “yes”. You can then use that view in Zapier.
