It sucks that every other CRM comes with a dialer/ chrome extension to hook up with the CRM to call numbers with Twilio / Plivo dialer except Airtable.

Hi @Jay_P Airtable is not a CRM. It can be used as a CRM but that is not the main goal of Airtable.
Can you tell us more about the problem you are trying to solve, maybe we can offer some solutions.

I have number in the record and I should be able to make a phone call using the twilio / plivo number with one click.
