I have a google sheet filed in my root google drive. I simply want to connect to this with Airtable and synch.
I am using the same log on credentials for Airtable and Google Drive. The google sheet is publically shared. I can select it to import from the ‘Quick Import’ menu and the import works fine. But when I select the same file (any file) through the ‘Synch data from’ menu I see the files but they are greyed out and I cannot connect to any.
I have tried through 3 different sets of Google Credentials and get the same result. What am I missing? See the images.
