Unpacking Primary - Multiple Select pairs into rows

Hi guys!
Is there a non-code way to take a row of data with two columns (Primary Field with unique ID, Multi-select field with several items per unique ID), and create rows of “Unique ID - Multi select item A”, “Unique ID - Multi select item B”, etc?

Hi everyone, I’ve got a many-to-many relationship. I have a Clients table and a Plans table. Clients have many Plans, and each Plan could be assigned to many Clients. I have a join table called Clients-Plans, so I can see all the possible combinations (for example, Client 1 + Plan 1, Client 1 + Plan 2, Client 2 + Plan 2, etc.). The problem is, my Clients-Plans table is not populated yet, and I can’t figure out a way to populate it automatically. Is manually the only way to do that? Thanks in …
