Hey, for the past week or so I have been trying to upgrade my account from the basic free plan to a paid monthly Team plan. 
While trying to do so, I have been facing issues while making the transaction for the same. 
How do I go about this? 
This is the message I received on trying to make the payment "We were unable to upgrade you at this time. Please refresh the page and try again. If you continue experiencing problems, please contact us"

You could try to email them via , but I wouldn't hold my breath. Maybe someone else here knows the issue 🤷‍♂️
