Searching for multiple records from a column of text strings

I feel like I can't articulate this question well enough to search for an answer -- maybe someone here can understand my brain.

I want to copy a column of text strings in Airtable, put it in a search box, and have it bring up all the records that contain any of those text strings. Is something like this possible?

Basically, I'm working off a synced base that I have additional columns I need to edit. (I can't change the main base in any way -- it's full of "secondary" records that are essentially 8+ copies of the first set of records that I do not want in my base) So every day I'm searching for 50+ strings, one by one, to update those records.

Any ideas?
