User Edited Database like Wikipedia. User can Edit Fields

I have a database I am creating where users can add entries with the form provided. However, is it possible to have it where a user can also edit the data? Like a wiki page?

I found this, which has an edit button. Is this an Airtable feature, or is it exclusive to the miniextensions setup?
