Using Blocks (pivot table/chart) offline, and displaying counts/% on chart

How do I:

1. Get a static display of the counts and percents to show up on the pie
   chart? I have a value (“action taken”) and if I’m logged in I can hover
   over each type of “action” to see the percent. Can I somehow show all
   the counts and percent values instead of just the names without hovering
   over?
2. Use pivot tables/charts offline? Can I download? Do I have to screenshot an image? If I have to screenshot, how do I get with all the numerical counts and percentages showing when it only allows me to display these by dragging over?
