Hi team, I’m wondering if anyone has come across a template base or knows of a way (in theory) to configure a sort of visual resource calendar? We’re to the point where we have pretty good data surrounding our routine projects that we do for clients in terms of the number of work hours they take, but we want to take a stab at capacity planning at the team level. The vision is a base that would show a sort of calendar view where each day has shows which projects and corresponding hours allocations are assigned to it for the team, and how many hours are left to plan to (so there would need to be a way to assign an hour cap to each day). I’m sure this is possible or has been done - can anyone point me in the right direction or does anyone have a suggestion for where to start?
