How do I link records through Zapier?

If I get the ID of both records how do I link then together?

Linking records requires a paid account with support for multi-step zaps.

All you need to do is to take the record ID that is output by an earlier step and assign it to a record-link field in a later step. The table needs to be set up with the record-link field in advance.

As of 21.06.2020 it is not required to have a premium Zapier account and do this through multi-steps zaps. Getting the Key field from Table A and using this as input for field “link with table A” in table B, works fine.
