Ability to add text to Dashboard Interface

I love the Blank Interface option, it allows for text and headers, but it cannot be shared publicly for some reason? I believe Dashboards, however, can be shared publicly. Adding the ability to include links, image, text, and headers would be powerful and helpful (and relatively simple!).

Agree! Text, dividers, etc. should be available for all interface layouts!
