What is the proposed idea/solution?
Add two of the same options that are available in the view dropdowns from the side menu of views to the TOP menu view dropdown when in a view. Particularly the 'Add/Remove from favorite view' and the 'Move to section' options.

How does is solve the user problems?
It seems like design consistence and eases user experience to also be able to make these modifications from that top view dropdown rather than having to scroll through the side menu views to do so
