Accidentally pasting more than one row from an excel file overwrites the cells in the rows below the active row, so having an option that restricts pasting to the current row only (regardless of how many rows there are in the clipboard) would prevent this, which I have done several times without realizing it. Perhaps the same with the auto fill option too.
