Every once in a while you see questions in the community related to Excel-like solutions. Referring to values in another record is one of them.
Only recently it dawned on me that Airtable uses this type of calculations already all the time: in the summary area. SUM, MIN, MAX, RANGE, AVERAGE and more.
It probably is a (way too) simple thought, but still I think I need to express it: if Airtable already programmed functions like that in a summary setting, why not use it in formula’s and allow users to calculate between records?
