Collaborator field - Name display options

Would be neat to have some options for how to display names in collaborator fields.

i.e.

First name only
First name, last initial
First initial, last name
First initial, last initial

etc

I like that Slack has a Display Name option, which makes instances of @username capable of being much more concise and less formal.
