As an addition or alternative to grabbing location from the mobile device currently accessing the Airtable record, supporting a system like What3Words (https://what3words.com/) would be a way to have more human-friendly representations of GPS locations, both for reading them, and for inputting them (as opposed to raw lat/lng values which would be long numbers that could get misread). Using What3Words as a field type then makes it essentially a "street address" field too.
