What is the proposed idea/solution?
When importing data to a base from, for example a CSV, it would be extremely useful to be able to set static values on some columns.
Eg: I'm importing bank statement data and I would like to manually set the bank account name in a column as I'm importing.
Eg: I would like to give an ID to this import so I know all the rows which were imported.
