When adding linked records to a column you can only select one at a time. This means you have to click “Link to a record” and re-enter the search term each time. Would love to be able to hold down “Ctrl” or “Cmd” and select multiple linked records at once. It would be a big time saver.

Please add the option to select multiple records and link all of them to another record.

Linked field record picking option for ALL.

Picking manually or using dragon keyboard shortcuts is not what is asked.
ALL should remain “ALL” as “database table” records modifications are made.

This is not the case as currently linked records is a static set made in the beginning of time.

Oh i just find out the way:

  • Make your current column = Single text line
  • Paste your multi-values that u wanna make them into multiple linked records with “,” between them
    Ex: A,B,C,D,E
  • Set column type > linked record again >> problem solved
