This occurred to me when I was playing with the new Gallery views - which I love by the way.
If you are building a number of view of a table to cover different subjects (an HR example may be views on Employees to view their Personal Information on one view, their Job related information on another and leave information on a third), then it would be very useful to be able to define which fields are available on the associated Expanded view (and this is not just the fields in the view calling up expanded view).
I would add that itโs not only the input fields that you should be able to choose but also the โincomingโ or child linked records as well. I wouldnโt want to see linked absences, for example, on an Expanded view associated with an employeeโs personal information.
