How can I add all the values inside a particular cell in the Revenue AVIDZ (in Amount) and then present as "Total Revenue" hence stating revenue for a particular client?
Revenue field is a lookup field.
Here is the screenshot of the table:Values and Total Revenue Column
@TheTimeSavingCo can you please help?

It looks like your "Revenue AVIDZ" column is a Lookup to a linked table. If I'm seeing correctly you should be able to switch "Total Revenue" to be a Rollup to the same field and set it to sum. Your names will be different than this example, but hopefully it will help.
