Hi all, I wanted to share with you the new (paid) extension that I created :slightly_smiling_face:
This extension will help you batch rename attachments based on the record filed values, I created it because there wasn’t a simple way to do it in Airtable already. The extension supports custom and advanced names, for example, you can automatically name the files with a “file count” of the attachment, e.g. “file_1_of_2”.
Really hope with would be handy for someone here in the future ZekTec - Airtable Extensions

Hi,
My client needs to download 600MB of attachments spread across three tables and approx 200 records. A mixture of Docx, jpg and pdf files.
Does your extension allow the record's primary field (not just the internal Record_id) to be associated with each file, so that they can later be uploaded to a new system and/or stored in Sharepoint?
Thanks, Margaret
