I’d like to secondary click on any value and find an option called “add to filter” which filters the records matching this added value to the filter. Would be much quicker than typing it manually in the filter.

I am interested in this functionality too. Was already thinking about finding an other product which can do this. But at least you can pre-sort the view on an browser which applies for the viewer on iOS as well.
