Seconded. Another use case for this feature: I integrated a base with my calendar app so that the events in my Calendar View show up in the local calendar. It would be nice if I could open the calendar events in the desktop app instead of the browser...

Thanks for the heads up! I expressed my request for desktop dark mode. Hopefully this feature will ship reasonably soon.

I recently purchased a 27" display and using Airtable at night is a horrible experience. Please consider implementing a dark theme, hopefully soon.
