Did you try adding the field that the tab is filtering by back to the grid or list view?   That worked for me last week, its not ideal to have it in the list since the field is identical for each record but it did allow my tabs to work correctly agai...

I am also having this issue,  reordering the tabs makes no difference it loads the all records tab.   Please let us know if there is a fix for this.
