You would just put the field name of the date nd then go from there.

hat is the formula for the calculated number supposed to be doing? I think you could at least condense a few of these fields like this:

Yes I have but issue is that history of changes will only bee store for 1 year on the pro account but I will need to be able to see it for longer time.
