Installing desktop app on a mac

Hi everyone,I have a user who downloaded the .dmg from Airtable, but when trying to open nothing happens. the machine meets the system requirements, but the user is unable to even launch t to start the installation. Any ideas?

Thank you! user didn't want to try this though and had been in touch with Airtable support who said it might be a problem on their end.
