Thank you! user didn't want to try this though and had been in touch with Airtable support who said it might be a problem on their end.

The user is facing an issue where the Airtable .dmg file doesn't open or launch on their Mac, despite meeting the system requirements. This can be frustrating, but here are a few things that could help troubleshoot the issue:
Check Security & Privacy Settings: Sometimes, macOS blocks apps that aren't from identified developers. Have the user go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General and check if there's a message about the Airtable app being blocked. If so, there should be an option to Allow the app to open.
Re-download the .dmg: It's possible that the .dmg file became corrupted during the download process. Have the user try deleting the downloaded file and re-downloading it from Airtable’s website. Make sure to use a stable internet connection.
Open the .dmg via Terminal: If the user still can't open the .dmg by double-clicking, they can try este enlace launching it from the Terminal app. Open Terminal and type:
hdiutil attach /path/to/Airtable.dmg Replace /path/to/Airtable.dmg with the actual file path. This will manually mount the disk image and may give more insight into what’s happening.
Check for OS Updates: Ensure that the user’s macOS is fully up to date. Sometimes, bugs with mounting disk images are resolved with newer macOS versions or patches.
Try in Safe Mode: If there’s still no luck, restarting the Mac in Safe Mode (holding the Shift key while booting) can help resolve issues with third-party apps or system processes that might be interfering with the installation.
