Airtable Mac App not connecting

Starting yesterday, my Airtable Mac app (v. 1.0.0) starts, but doesn’t display anything. It’s just a big white canvas. I’ve reinstalled and have tried accessing it from multiple networks. I’m guessing that it’s not connecting to something properly. Any ideas?

I’m sorry the app isn’t working as expected! To help us investigate, could you provide some more information?

  • What version of OS X are you on?
  • Open “Help > Developer Tools” and send a screenshot of that screen.
