Hey there! I’m putting together a sales lead board for my sales reps and office admin. I need a few basic things:
-Office admin needs to be able to have a high level view of all incoming leads and the various touches we have with them as they move through the sales process.
I need to board to calculate a few things for my sales reps
-average closed $ value over a given time period
-total quotes sent over a given period
-it also needs to be able to sort leads by geography so they can set routes for their sales calls.
what i have so far is a sales pipeline template with a Google Maps block integration.
what i need help with is structuring it so that the board does the calculations i need and displays them in a straightforward way. ideally i would like to use this board as a sales leaderboard as well.
I’m looking for someone who’s versed in the formulas, rollups and pivot tables. Need this assembled asap. Let me know if you think you can help!
