Query Related to Updated Record Time

Hi Guys,
I have a query that i updated a record through Airtable dashboard and api as well. So i want the updated time of record like we get the created time in each record.
Please let me know the best way to get the updated record time through api’s so that i check when it is last updated.

You can use the field type Last Modified
