Atomations, Slack message - if anything is changing in THE WHOLE BASE, not only in one table

Hi Community 🙂

Is it possible to make an Automation - send Slack message if 'anything changes anywhere in the whole base', not just in one Table? Or I have to make Automation for every Table separately?
