How can i auto-fill a linked field?
i have 2 linked tables in Airtable: CONTENT and CONTENT TYPES
In the table CONTENT i have two linked fields CONTENT TYPE and WORKFLOW
In CONTENT TYPES i have the two "originals" of CONTENT TYPE and WORKFLOW
If i select in the CONTENT table the linked value CONTENT TYPE and this CONTENT TYPE has a DEFAULT WORKFLOW (i.e. cell is not empty) then the WORKFLOW field in CONTENT table should auto-populate with the DEFAULT WORKFLOW value.
Basically only if there is a default workflow (cell not empty) of the Workflow column in the content type table, then this value should be auto-filled on a linked field in the CONTENT table.
Hope this makes sense? I know this can be done with an automation inside airtable. but how?

Could you provide screenshots to help me understand what you're looking for?
You might be able to do this with automations and/or a "look up" or "roll up" field.
From my understanding, you simply want to link a WORKFLOW to the CONTENT depending on what CONTENT TYPE is selected?

Hi, Thanks for looking at this. I am totally stuck here.
I created an airtable that shows what i want to achieve
https://airtable.com/invite/l?inviteId=invBQZLlFEVSONEXd&inviteToken=e4487b2eb45a328e2e997098f1a864d...
This is the cell: https://airtable.com/appILm5TSS1LZWooa/tblzs5MRhD1TbJZmv/viwEgv7nn9D2A0vdA/rec81LcTiLxqCm1Ri/fld3oCm...
Action needed: If there is a Default Workflow set for a specific Content Type that cell should be-autofilled with the default value. I can not use the Lookup field because I need the option to override the default workflow if needed.
