Hello,
Currently, we use automations integrated with Slack, where we utilize the "actionable message" feature to allow users to approve or decline directly through Slack. We are now transitioning from Slack to Microsoft Teams and would like to know if the same functionality is supported in Teams. Specifically, can we enable actionable messages in Teams using automation?
Looking forward to your guidance.
Thank you.

Unfortunately, that is not currently available for Microsoft Teams.
However, you can custom-create your very own version of actionable messages by using a combination of Make’s webhooks, Make’s Microsoft Teams automations, and Make’s Airtable automations.
I give step-by-step instructions on how to set this up in this Airtable podcast episode.
Note that I show the solution in the context of sending an actionable email, but you can easily modify it to become an actionable Microsoft Teams message.
Hope this helps! If you’d like to hire an expert Airtable consultant to help you with anything Airtable-related, please feel free to contact me through my website: Airtable consultant — ScottWorld
