Hello, Can someone help me if this is possible or not?

So we have this view called "HitList" which came from the sheet of "Client Briefs"
This hitlist has our client list that is waiting for some properties that we need to buy for them.
We also have another view called "Rejected" which is under the sheet of "Properties"
What I'm trying to achieve is that,
Is it possible to gather all of the Rejected properties and group them to specific clients from the Hitlist?
Do you think this is possible, if yes could you please help me with how to set it up?
or not?
