With the Webclipper itself, I have not had much success with grabbing an image from google images by mapping it through copying the selector. Regarding “why”, is beyond my current understanding, however, I assume it has to do with how many variables procedurally exist within a search engine like Google.
I could be wrong which is why I am asking the community.
I already have a formula that can build the URL that searches Google, but now I would like to find a way to scrape the first image off in order to populate my sheet.
And preferably set up a button on each record that activates the webclipper for me, but hey. I’m a visionary, what can I say?
Any insights or work arounds (even if not perfect) gratefully accepted!
