Creating a daily scheduled email that lists all records that have changed that day

Hi All

Hoping there's a simple solution for this: I have a table that is updated regularly with status changes, content changes and also linked records.

I would like to send the users of the base a daily email at night that shows a grid of those records that have been updated that day. This way they will get a clear picture of what happened each day. Many other PM tools provide this automatically. This is not an email that is sent as soon as a change occurs but rather it will be a scheduled emails that contains ALL the records that were changed that day.

Is this possible? Thanks very much!

Yeap, try creating a "Last Modified Time" field and pointing it at the fields you want to monitor, and then have an automation that runs at a specific time per day that looks for all records with a "Last Modified Time" of today and send it out as an email.  Airtable has a guide on how to send email digests here: https://support.airtable.com/docs/how-to-create-email-digests-with-automations
